All shifting quotes provided are based on the inventory checklist and details shared by the customer. If any additional items or complexities (such as lack of lift access, narrow stairs, or long walking distance) are found on the moving day, supplementary labor charges will apply.
Our team uses high-strength bubble wrap and corrugated boxes to pack fragile items. However, customers are advised to secure personal items like jewelry, cash, documents, and mobile devices in their personal custody. AFPM will not be liable for the loss of unregistered valuables.
For long-route and domestic relocations, customers can opt for transit insurance. In the event of transit damage, claims must be raised with the insurance coordinator within 24 hours of delivery. Claim approvals are subject to the terms of the insurance provider.
Pricing estimates are valid for 15 days from issuance. Cancellations or changes to the moving date must be notified to the shifting coordinator at least 48 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.
